Meet Philip Lanino.

Philip has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial mortgage lending, originating over $250M in mortgage loans during that time. He handles all property types from co-ops and single-family homes to commercial, mixed-use properties, and apartment buildings.

Over the years, Philip developed a niche working with business owners and investors — they tend to be more complicated and aren't always able to qualify with traditional lending options. He's well versed in the language of business, having earned his MBA in Finance from Stony Brook University after first receiving a Baccalaureate in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.

Philip is also a real estate investor himself — he owns rental property and is involved in alternative real estate investments including multifamily projects across the United States. He leverages his network of real estate and banking professionals to help clients target the investment they're looking for.
